This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We work with the architect, Building Department, ensure permits are issued. Stay on top of schedules for timely delivery. We do complete Ground up new construction, shellwork - roofing - plumbing - electrical - AC - framing and drywall - tile work - cabinetry -windows and doors - Painting - landscaping
Construction
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, final inspections require Blower Door Test by certified personnel.We are certified by BPI .results at the same time to submit to your building department to receive your CO Move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
